Find us at our main office in Salt Lake City, UT. We also have five clinics throughout the state to better serve the community with less travel time. Locations include: Southern Utah at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Provo at Utah Valley Medical Center, West Valley at Riverton Hospital, Salt Lake City at Primary Children’s Hospital and Northern Utah in Layton. All clinic locations are reached with the same convenient number 801-743-0700. Let our staff know what location is best for your family.
Most patients are treated at Primary Children’s Hospital. However, for older children or smaller procedures, not requiring an overnight stay, we may be able to treat your child at one of the other clinic sites.
